Refund policy
We only accept returns for receiving the wrong item, damaged or defective items.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any candle that has been burned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us via email within 3 business days-from date of delivery- showing proof of damage or defect (photos preferred).Â
Returns can be arranged within 3 days upon delivery date for a full refund if items were damaged or wrong item received. After the 3 days, returns will only be accepted for exchanges and/ or store credit. Any and all returns must be in original condition and neatly packed in its original packaging with the materials received. There must also be a copy of the packing slip inside the box. Please state the reason for return by writing it on the packing slip.Â
Being that we are a small company with a small team we take pride in ensuring high quality control therefore our return policy is currently limited.
To start a return, you can contact us lit@jomariecandles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or provided with replacement items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
